What is Qigong, Qi Gong, or Chi Gong
Qigong (also known as chi gong and chi kung) is a Chinese word that means energy work or cultivation of chi or energy. It is a powerful system of healing and energy medicine. Chinese physicians recorded thousands of years ago that everything is composed of the same energetic substance called Qi or chi.
Qigong practitioners believe that energetic blockages or an imbalance of Qi is the root cause of dis-ease and that a free flow of energy is needed in the body and energy system for good health and well-being. The body has an energy field that is composed of energetic lines called meridians and channels. Energetic blockages in these channels cause imbalances in the energy field, which can lead to dis-ease.
Qigong Masters, ascetics and others have spent thousands of years developing methods to gather and harness Qi for physical, mental and spiritual development. There are thousands of forms of Qigong. Qigong practice can consist of postures, exercises, breathing techniques, meditation and other methods to gather and circulate energy flow.
Qigong practices are used for self healing and can also be used to help others. Medical Qigong healers learn to sense energetic imbalances in others and use methods to clear blockages that can cause dis-ease. There are clinics in China that use Qigong healers to treat many serious health conditions. Some Qigong healers also do distant energy healing where they transmit healing energy to people at another location.
Qigong has been shown to be effective for the same range of illnesses as acupuncture. It has also been shown to help with a variety of ailments including stress and pain reduction. Studies show that it can help improve respiration and induce favorable changes in blood chemistry. Qigong can also help with concentration and self awareness.
These sessions have been astonishing – I am still feeling major affects in all categories. Astonishing! I truly wonder what this last one will bring.
Sandy Johnson, author of “The Brazilian Healer with the Kitchen Knife and other Stories of Mystics, Shamans, and Miracle-Makers”, a book about healers with unusual abilities including John of God, writes about this work.
“Recently I met a most unusual healer in LA, Michael Mohoric, who specializes in distance healing. Our rational minds cannot conceive of the idea that someone miles away can heal. As you know from my books, I have on rare occasion come across such healers in the past. I’ve personally experienced his sessions – at a distance and I can truly say the work has made a difference in the way I feel, my energy, and above all, my immune system. My bout with cancer fifteen years ago left my immune system somewhat weakened.
Michael can actually boost the whole system – from a distance!”… “Even with all my exposure to healers of all types, this work leaves me amazed.”
Thank you for offering this healing. The healing I received was more profound than I could have imagined and I thank you for sending it.
